Rosalia Vila is a Spanish pop and flamenco artist. Since the age of 13, Rosalia Vila is a part of popular flamenco and music. Also, she has explored various genres, including hip-hop soul and Trap. Guitarist from Flamenco Pepe habichuela characterized her voice as delicate and sharp, however she still featuring the sharpness of older singers. El Mal Querer was her significant commercial breakthrough and critical success in the year 2018. The single Los Angeles garnered her attention and earned her a Latin Grammy Nomination for Best New Artist and it was a top hit on Billboard's Latin Pop Albums and she won a Grammy. La Fama featuring Weeknd debuted in 2021. Motomami is her 3rd full-length album. It featured collaborations with fellow artists and producers, including Cory Henry. In March 2022 the set began to be released in conjunction with Saturday Night Live's performance of Chicken Teriyaki. Rosalia was the first Spanish singer who performed solo in the program. Motomami, Rosalia's album that won the three Latin Grammy Awards also made Rosalia the first female artist to receive won the Latin Album of the Year award twice.
