Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez is a TV arbitrator in Caso Cerrado. She also hosts Ana Polo Rules. Ana Maria Cristina Polo Gonzalez, who was born from Havana Cuba moved with her parents to Miami as a 2 year young girl. The birthplace of Ana Maria Polo was Habana, Cuba, Ana Maria Polo is host of the prestigious Telemundo show "Caso Cerrado", the first Spanish programming to be nominated for a Daytime Entertainment Emmy(r) Award, and it was named the number one Spanish-language program on the air at 4pm in important demos. Polo was born in Havana in 1959. When she graduated the Florida International University's Political science program, she moved to Havana where she stayed for twenty years. The following year she was awarded her PhD degree in law from University of Miami. After obtaining her PhD at the University of Miami she practiced law in Miami for more than 20 years. Polo first made her appearance on TV in 2001 on Telemundo's Sala de Parejas. She also participated in courts shows which tapped into her expertise. Literature Works and Accolades 1958 novel Los Hijos Muertos won her both the Critic Prize and Spanish National Prize for Literature. Ana Maria Matute arrived in the United States of America from Spain, 1960. She is a breast cancer survivor. Polo frequently speaks and raises money for the charity. She has been a strong supporter for LGBT rights for the bulk of her life. She graduated in 1987 of law school at the University of Miami School of Law and a Florida Bar member.
